Where We Have Been - Europe - Austria
Europe was on our bucket list for quite some time before we managed to get there with it being our first long haul (greater than a day plus stopovers Auckland to Rome). It is somewhere that we simply cannot get enough of it and therefore it is very high on the list to get back to.
As Carolyn was a collector of Swarovski Crystal, a member of the Swarovski Crystal Society (their collectors club) and had built quite a collection over a number of years (something that had made David’s present hunting easy for the same period of time) when we found out that our train from Munich to Zurich was passing through the home of Swarovski Crystal, Innsbruck in Austria, the opportunity was to good to pass up so we stopped and strolled through Innsbruck to visit Swarovski Kristallwelten (Swarovski Crystal Worlds).

We have been lucky enough over the years to have travelled more than many but nowhere near as much as we aspire to. The world is a big place and there are still many places to see, many places to explore more thoroughly and many favourities to reconnect with.
