We’re experienced, practical house sitters with a strong rural and lifestyle-block background as well as town living. We’re confident caring for a wide range of animals, keeping to medication and feeding routines, and managing the everyday maintenance that comes with larger properties. We’re calm in emergencies, communicate clearly, and take real pride in leaving homes clean, secure, and well looked after.

Animal care:

  • Administered medications (including drenches and wormers) to cats, dogs, horses and sheep

  • Installed water pumps, tanks and troughs, and connected to reticulation systems

  • Familiar with off-grid living (power and water), tank water, and septic systems

  • Mown lawns and paddocks; general groundskeeping

Landscaping, tools, and machinery:

  • Managed landscaping projects (including drainage, weed mat, planting, mulching/wood chip)

  • Operated power tools (chainsaws, weed eaters, woodworking/construction tools)

  • Operated machinery: tractors (FEL, blades, mowers, fertiliser spreaders), forklifts, wheeled compactors, tracked excavators, loaders

  • Spread fertiliser; swept and stacked hay

  • Undertaken and managed a wide variety of construction projects

People & property skills:

  • Property management experience, including overseeing day-to-day care of homes and lifestyle properties, coordinating maintenance, and communicating clearly with owners

  • Hospitality experience including waitressing, bartending, and managing bars and clubs — dependable, professional, organised, and respectful of others’ spaces

  • Reliable communicators who follow instructions carefully and provide updates when needed

  • Calm, practical problem-solvers who handle unexpected situations without fuss
